We also recommend this marketing book because it is NOT for big business nor a text for an MBA. It gets down and dirty and serves people like us with small businesses and limited budgets.

He uses stories, logic, and cartoon diagrams so kinesthetic, visual, and auditory learners will all benefit and learn faster and retain more.
